Step 1: Introduction and Inspiration
It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your needs and desires. Whether you have a specific vision for an event, want seasonal decoration for your office, or are looking for a completely new look for your business – we listen to your ideas and map out your wishes together.
During this conversation we will discuss:
- The style and atmosphere you want to create
- The space where the decorations come
- Any color schemes or themes
- Sustainability wishes and budget
Designs and Proposals
After our conversation, our creative experts will get to work developing a concept for you. We will create a number of designs and proposals, fully tailored to your wishes and the space in which the decorations will be placed. This can vary from silk bouquets and artificial trees to complete decoration arrangements.
We will send you some visual proposals so you can get a good idea of what the decorations will look like. We are open to feedback and will adjust the design where necessary to perfectly match your vision.

Quotation and Approval
Once we have a design that matches your wishes, we will make a detailed quote. This quote includes all costs for the design, materials, production and installation. Only when you agree to the quote, we will start the execution.
Payment
We work with a deposit system to make the process smooth. Once you agree to the quote:
- 50% of the total amount is requested as a down payment so that we can start the project.
- The remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery of the final result.
This payment structure ensures that we have the necessary resources to realize your project with the utmost care and attention, while you can rely on a transparent and fair process.

Production
Once you have paid your deposit, we will start production. Our craftsmen will create your decorations with care and precision. We only use the highest quality materials, from silk flowers to the natural wooden trunks for our artificial blossom trees. Thanks to our attention to detail, you will always get a beautiful, durable end result.
Installation and Styling
Once everything is ready, we will come to you for installation. We will make sure that the decorations are perfectly placed in the space and that everything is exactly as you have in mind. This is the stage where we really add the finishing touches and make sure that everything fits seamlessly.
Whether it’s placing a large silk bouquet in the lobby, decorating a meeting room with artificial trees or styling an event – we make sure everything is in place and creates the desired atmosphere.
Aftercare and rental
After installation, we always keep an eye on things to make sure everything stays in top shape. If anything needs to be adjusted or you have specific maintenance needs, we are here for you.
Our rental services give you the flexibility to change decorations periodically, so you always have a fresh look, without having to worry about maintenance.
